Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation from our warehouse in China. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped from China. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for applicable charges before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the carrier's website or through our store.
Shipping Delays
OMTEX is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. International shipments may experience additional delays at customs. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us directly.
